You’ve booked an ExperShip parcel for delivery, it’s been picked up, and now it’s on its way to the receiver... but you’ve realised it needs to come back to you.
This might be because the wrong parcel was sent by mistake, the receiver doesn’t want the parcel anymore, or there was an error on the receiver’s address.
If there’s an issue with the receiver’s address, you’ll be able to organize redelivery to the correct address.
However, we can’t return a parcel to the sender while it’s in transit. Sorry!
