How to create a manifest?
In order to create a manifest successfully please follow the below steps:
- Login to your ExperShip account.
- Go to the Manifest tab in your dashboard. It will be displayed on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Right now you are on the Manifest page and this page will show you all the manifests that you created.
- In order to find what you need easier please use the date filter on the top of the Manifest list.
- Go to "Create New Manifest" and open the page.
- Now you can start creating your Manifest.
- Choose the day of shipping of your packages.
- Select the destination warehouse that you are shipping to.
- If you want to write down notes for our warehouses please add your notes too. Note section helps our operations team to understand your needs.
- Create a container by "Add New". You can create as many containers as you want.
- Choose the type of your container. It will show that how should we expect to receive your packages.
- Select the carrier and add the Tracking number for the container.
- If your container is a bag or a pallet please enter the airlines that you are sending with and the AWB of the shipment.
- Save the container.
- Once you create your container(s) now you can start scanning TRK#'s to the bar on top of the list.
