How to create a manifest?

In order to create a manifest successfully please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to your ExperShip account.
  2. Go to the Manifest tab in your dashboard. It will be displayed on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  3. Right now you are on the Manifest page and this page will show you all the manifests that you created. 
  4. In order to find what you need easier please use the date filter on the top of the Manifest list.
  5. Go to "Create New Manifest" and open the page.
  6. Now you can start creating your Manifest.
  7. Choose the day of shipping of your packages.
  8. Select the destination warehouse that you are shipping to.
  9. If you want to write down notes for our warehouses please add your notes too. Note section helps our operations team to understand your needs.
  10. Create a container by "Add New". You can create as many containers as you want.
    1. Choose the type of your container. It will show that how should we expect to receive your packages.
    2. Select the carrier and add the Tracking number for the container. 
    3. If your container is a bag or a pallet please enter the airlines that you are sending with and the AWB of the shipment.
    4. Save the container.
  11. Once you create your container(s) now you can start scanning TRK#'s to the bar on top of the list.
