My shipment not moving, what should I do?

If your shipment is not moving for a while there might be some reasons for that. Before you submit an inquiry to our Customer Service please follow the below checklist.

  1.  Carriers tend to update the status of the shipments a bit delayed on the main screen. So, if you can't see any movement on the main screen please take a look at the tracking details for the shipment. Carriers will show you more information about your shipment in this section.
  2. If you are looking for the tracking on the same day our warehouse receives the packages give it another day to track. We are trying our best to ship out all the packages on the same day of arrival but, sometimes carriers are dropping off the packages later than expected. In your case that might be the reason so if your package misses the cut-off for drop off it will be shipped out the next Bussines Day.
  3. Did you're received by our warehouses? Sometimes we forgot to check if the package was even received by the warehouse or not. Please check if any of our warehouses received the packages or not!
