If your packages get the return they will be returned to the address you stated as"From Address". We have the ability to handle returns just in our Totowa warehouse. So, if you want us to handle your returns please put our Totowa warehouse address in the "From Address" section.
Please see the return process procedure:
- Once we received your return we will make a return receive the scan.
- While doing it so we will inspect the inside and outside of the package to see if there is any damage(s).
- Once we done with the return process will store the package for you.
- If you want to ree-ship a return package you have to send us the label and we will do the needful for you.
- Or if you want to collect all your returns and bring back to your facility, we will again help you with that too!
