We strongly encourage our customers to use our manifest system to avoid any delays or missing items. Manifest is the only way that we will know what our customers going to send us for shipping.

What would happen if you don't manifest your package?

Once your packages arrive at our locations our team will start receiving your packages. If our team will come up with a package our ExperShip will l give an error to the agent? After the error, our agent will put aside the un-manifested package and at the end of the day, we will inform our customers about these packages.

What should you do once you are informed about un-manifested items?

If you receive a message from us about the un-manifested items you should immediately create a new manifest and add the given Tracking numbers to your manifest. Once you added to your manifest our operations team will re-try scanning them to our system and shipout as soon as possible.
